System / Use Case Requirements
Before proceeding, please ensure that your site and business meet the following requirements for the Chargify Commerce app.
- Physical Products - Chargify Commerce integrates directly with BigCommerce for physical products only. The Chargify Commerce app does not currently support digital rental subscription models. Please check back in the future for new features around digital products, digital licensing, and more.
- Payment Gateways - Currently, the only Chargify Commerce supported Payment Gateways are Authorize.net, Braintree, and Stripe. Integrations with additional Payment Gateways are currently in development. If you are interested in Chargify Commerce, but require a different Payment Gateway, please Contact Ebizio and let us know.
- SKU Requirement - All Subscription products must have a unique SKU down to the Product Option level. Other products that are not part of your subscription offering do not require Option Level SKUs.
- Existing Customizations - Please Contact Ebizio prior to application of the custom Ebizio Checkout if you have any existing customizations to your BigCommerce checkout.
- Enable BC Saved Cards - You must enable the "Saved Cards" feature on your BigCommerce site for the app to function properly.
